Warm-up- Lat Band Stretch, Quad Smash, Extended Lunge 

Strength- Front Squat (Warmup then 4 Sets of 10 (65-75%) Go right in to 10 T2B after last rep of each set. (40 total T2B)


For Max Reps in 10 minutes, 40 seconds on/ 20 seconds off, Alternating sets of:
A) Hang Clean and Press (95/65)
B) Lateral Burpees over BarRx+ = 135/95
