16 Minute EMOM alternate between :
A) Plank - 20-40 secs
B) Wall Ball (20/14) - 12-15
C) Situps - 15-20
D) OH Squats x 4-6
Work on OH Squat technique. Weight of your choice. More than likely it
will be in the CrossFit Open. Typically, ranging in weight from 95-120
for guys and 65-100 for ladies.
- Push yourself during this EMOM
6 Minute AMRAP of :
Deadlifts (155/105) x 5
Burpees x 5
- Partner must do a complete 10 rep set before resting.
