A) Back Squat - 8 min EMOM, do 2-3 reps @ 60%. Speed emphasis.

B) Squat Clean Thruster - Find a 1 rep max in 10 minutes

C) 10 Minute Clock
Every 30 secs do 1 rep of 70% of 1rm on Squat Clean Thruster
