for max reps
45 seconds on/ 45 seconds off of :
a) air squats
b) toes to bar
c) hang power cleans (115/85)
- working on anaerobic (sprint work) conditioning. move fast.
- partition reps as desired. take in to consideration strength and toes to bar efficiency.
