Clean and Jerk - 12 minutes to build to a heavy single

 

Skill Work : 

6 handstand pushups
rest 20 secs
6 handstand pushups
rest 20 secs
6 handstand pushups

rest 2 minutes and repeat

 

WOD
15 minute time cap

10 burpee muscle ups
5 wall walks
200 double unders ( 8 x 25 unbroken)
5 wall walks
10 burpee muscle ups.
