a) toes to bar - 6-10
b) handstand pushups - 5-10
c) box jumps - 8-12
d) shoulder to overhead (115/85) - 8-12
e) pullups - 8-12

notes :
- stepups for box jumps = ok.
- if scaling hspu, do an inverted progression.
- rx + = strict t2b, deficit hspu, 135/95 s2o, chest to bar pullups
