100 kb swings
200 meter run

150 med ball sit-ups

run 400 meters

100 burpees jump on to plate
200 meter run

notes :
- on the initial and final couplets, partner a does reps on the movement, while the other partner runs.
- both partners work on sit-ups at same time, as well as run 400 meters at the same time.
