a) 200 meter waiters walk

mobility :
a) burgener warmup. 30 secs each progression.

 

hang power snatch + hang snatch - 5 min wu + 12 min emom. 2 reps. build.

notes :
- beginners = hang power snatch x 2.
- members- hang power snatch + oh squat = ok if dont feel comfortable with movement.

 

1 mile partner/team sled drag. reverse loop

for time :

men's rx = 115 lbs
women's rx = 90 lbs
