b) double unders - 10-50
c) burpees - 5-15

 

notes :
- scoring = lowest set of each movement added together.
- great day to practice double unders if you dont have them!
- push yourself.
- scale deadlift weight and double unders if needed.
- highest possible score = 80, lowest possible score = 20
