Squat Clean (Build to heavy single in 14 minutes)

14 Minute AMRAP of :

2 Handstand Pushups
4 Chest to Bar Pullups
8 KB Swings (70/53)

On Minutes 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 stop where you are in AMRAP and run 100 meters.
