A) Write song on dry erase board you would like to hear during class.
B) Run 800 Meters

For Time
In Teams of 4 (or 3) :

Row 3k (250m intervals)
Run 2k (200m intervals)
100 Burpees (5 rep sets)
200 Wall Ball (10 rep sets)
300 KB Swings (10 rep sets)

- Must finish movement before moving on to next one.
- Getting 3:1 rest to work. Move fast when your turn!
- 40 Minute Time Cap
