30 Minute EMOM alternate between :

A) 8-12 Calorie Row
B) 10-14 Hand Release Pushups
C) 10-14 Wall Ball
D) 8-12 Single Arm Thrusters w/ KB
E) 20-30 Second Plank
F) 1-2 Muscle Ups or 6-10 Pullups

Notes :
* Will do each movement 5 times
* No scoring for WOD
* Technique/ Pacing day. Learn how to maintain and grind through heart rate of 70-80% for 30 minutes.
