b) PVC warm up passover, hang snatch, full snatch and ohs

 

snatch - any variation. 20 min clock. build to a heavy set of tng x 2

 

10 minute clock :
for max reps :
15-12-9 of :
toes to bar
push press (115/85)
then
remaining time, max wall ball shots.

notes :
- rx+= 135/95
- 15,12,9 of each = 72 reps
