a) lat band stretch
technique drill :
with empty barbell or 10's on each side, review of complex.
20 on/ 10 off performing 8 sets.
high hang + hang + full clean -7 min wu. 12 minute emom. build to heavy complex
8 Minutes max clean reps at 80%
