A) Shoulder/ Pec Smash
B) Lat Band Stretch
C) Tricep Smash

Power Snatch (Snatch drills + 15 minutes to find 1 rep max)

Clean and Jerk (Find a new 1 rep max)

Max Effort 800m Row
