Dynamic :

3 Minute Circuit of :
20 Jumping Jacks
10 Air Squats
10 Pushups

Mobility :

A) Partner Front Rack
B) Calf Smash

Power Clean (Ever 2:30, do 4 singles. 10 sec rest btw each)

10 Minute alternating EMOM of :

A) Handstand Pushups - 4-6
B) Pullups - 8-12

Scaling = hand release pushups, ring rows. * Keep tight core during reps.

3 Rounds Individually For Time of :

1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Front Squat
1 Hang Power Clean + 2 Front Squats
1 Hang Power Clean + 3 Front Squats

RX = 135/95

* New set starts every 3 minutes.
* Score is all three sets added together.
