C) PVC OH Squat x 10

Then

D) PVC Snatch Progressions

Power Snatch + Hang Snatch (10 min, build weight. Beat previous weight.)

Push Press (8 min EMOM - 5 reps/min, bar from ground.)

6 Minute AMRAP of :

10 HR Pushups
10 Wall Ball
