A) Air Squats x 15
B) Run 400 Meters

Mobility :

A) Quad Smash
B) Calf Smash

Back Squat (14 Mins-  5 sets of 4. Build up from 60%)

For 8 Minutes, EMOM

Perform 6-12 Burpees

RX+ = 15-20

Score = only lowest set round counts

Example : 20, 18, 17,16, 15, 15, 17, 18.
Score = 1510 Minute 1 Mile Run + Max Double Under (AMRAP - Reps)10 Minutes on the Clock :
- Run 1 Mile
- Perform as many Double Unders
