Deadlift- 4 minute warmup + 16 minute clock to complete :
6 sets of 5 deadlifts @ 70-75% of 1 rep max

notes :
-ideally touch n go

partner wod
5 minute max reps of burpee box jumps (24/20)

notes :
- partition as desired
- rx+ - 30/24 inch box
- level 2 - burpee + stepup
- level 3 - step back burpee + stepup
