10 pvc pass thru

10 pvc overhead squats

10 pvc pass thru

10 lateral burpee over pvc

10 pvc pass thru

10 behind the neck push press w/ pvc


Overhead Squat - 5 min wu + 6 sets, every 2:30, 5 reps @ 65-75%


notes :
- stay with squat variation you have during cycle.


for time :
400 meter run
3 power snatches (95/65)
9 overhead squats (95/65)
300 meter run
6 power snatches
12 overhead squats
200 meter run
9 power snatches
15 overhead squats
100 meter run
12 power snatches
18 overhead squats

notes :
- level 2 - 75/55 lb barbell
- level 3 - 65/45 lb barbell

Valley CrossFit is kinda plain. You could look at
Yahoo's home page and see how they write article titles to
get people to click. You might add a video or a picture or two to grab readers
interested about everything've got to say. Just my opinion, it
could make your website a little bit more
