row 200 meters

10 pvc oh squats

10 pass thrus

5 pull-ups/jumping pullups


Overhead Squat - 5 min wu + 6 sets, every 2 mins perform 3 reps


20 minute amrap of :
row 200 meters
5 handstand pushups
10 pistols
10 pullups

notes :
- rx+ = strict handstand pushups + chest to bar pullups
- level 2 - pike handstand pushups, pistols holding to rig, jumping pullups
- level 3 - 2:1 pushups, 10 air squats, 10 ring rows
