a) 6-8 reps bench press @ 75%
b) 8-12 heavy russian kbs 


2 rounds, individually for time of :
300 meter row
50 double unders
20 burpees
50 double unders
300 meter row

notes :
- 6 minute time cap.
- level 2 - 25 double unders
- level 3 - 1:1 singles
