Snatch pull + Below Knee Low Hang Power Snatch - 1 rep of complex every minute. 5 minute warm up + 12min EMOM.


4 sets
30 sec on/30 sec off
for max reps :
a) power snatch 75/55
b) double unders
c) calorie row
d) box jumps + step down (24/20)

notes :
- scale snatch weight if needed.
- 1:1 singles for double unders
- score = total reps.
