10 single leg rdl 5/leg w/ db or kb 

10 single arm thrusters (alternate side/round)


5 minute warmup + every 2 minutes for 3 sets 

1 high hang snatch + 1 hang snatch + 1 snatch 


4 minute warmup + every 2 minutes for 3 sets

1 high hang clean + 1 hang clean + 1 clean


6 rounds for time : 
5 hspu 
5 power cleans 155/105
5 pull ups 


notes :
- rx+: strict HSPU and Pull ups
- level 2: DB strict press, 115/85, banded pull ups
- level 3: pike or hrpu, 95/65, jumping pull ups
