10 ab mat sit up

10 jumping pullup

10 ground to overhead w/ plate 25/10

partner wod
for time :
thrusters 95/65
burpee muscle ups (ring or bar)

notes :
- rx+ - 115/85 lb barbell
- level 2 - burpee + chest to bar
- level 3 - 75/45 lb barbell + burpee + jumping pullup
- rest 7 minutes before starting next wod.

partner wod
for time :
deadlift 225/155
lateral burpee over bar

notes :
- level 2 - 185/115
- level 3 - weight of choice on barbell
