5 minute warmup + every 3 minutes for 6 sets

2 front squats + 4 back squats @ 90-95% of 1 rep max front squat



3 rounds
for max reps:
1 minute sets of :

a) burpees
b) power snatches 75/55
c) box jumps (24/20)
d) thrusters 75/55
e) pull ups
f) rest

notes :
- level 2 - 55/35 lb barbell, stepups, jumping pullups
