butt kicks length of room

10 forward leg swings

10 side to side leg swings 


For Time :
4500m Partner Ruck Run

 -Start weight = rx weight 20/10lbs
-start inside the gym
-partners must hold band together while running
-each time you come back into must add weight (5lbs)
- 40 min CAP
