12 inverted rows

12 push ups

12 stepups

6 inch worms (no pushup/no air squat)


12 minute warmup emom of :
a) clean and jerk x 2-5
b) muscle up/tough pullup x 1-5
c) snatch x 2-5

notes :
- build weight throughout warmup.
- increase muscle up progression difficultly throughout 12 minutes
- 3 minute rest before start of wod.

notes :
- level 2 - 115/85, chest to bar pullups
- level 3 - 95/65, chin over bar pullups
- level 4 - weight of choice, jumping pullups
