200 meter row

8 landmine press R/L (light to moderate)

16 lunges

5 inch worms (1 push up no air squat)

25 minute amrap
max calorie on cardio piece of choice.

*start with 12/9 push ups and perform 12/9 reps every 2:30

notes :
- score = total calories.
- list cardio piece in comments.
- rx+ - assault bike
- to ensure quality movement do pushups from knees if needed.

strength :

10 minute clock :
build to heavy single on bench press
