10 sets, new set every 3 minutes.
2 clean and jerk @ 135/95
20 toes to bar

notes :
- every new set of clean and jerks increases by 2 reps
and toes to bar decreases by 2 reps.
- time cap of 2:30 each round except for the last one.
- rx+ = 185/125
- level 2 = 115/85
- level 3 = 95/65
- level 4 = weight of choice + hanging knee raises.
