5 minute clock. alternate sets of 10 calories at a time on cardio piece of choice. filter in as equipment opens.

for time :

2000 meter row

200 burpees 

200 air squats

200 pushups 

200 situps 

200 kb swings 

notes :

- teams of 2 or 3.

- teams select order of workout but must complete reps of exercise before moving to the next movement. 

- 45 minute time cap.
