15 jumping lunges 


strength : 

Overhead Squat

5 minute warmup + every 2 minutes for 5 sets

2 Over head squat reps from the ground.


metcon :

75 wall balls
25 Overhead squats 135/95
75 wall balls


notes :
- RX+: at least 1 set of wb must be done unbroken
- level 2: 95/65 lb barbell
- level 3: weight of choice
