a) 3-4 bar facing burpees
b) 1-2 muscle ups
notes :
- level 2 - chest to bar pullups
- level 3 - step over bar + jumping chest to bar pullups
10-Minute AMRAP of:
60 Bar-Facing Burpees
30 Overhead Squats, 120# / 90#
10 Muscle-Ups
notes :
- level 2 - 95/65 lb overhead squat + chest to bar pullups.
- level 3 - weight of choice on overhead squat, jumping chest to bar pullups
