c) 15-20 second hs hold/plank


Push Press - 5 min wu + 5 rounds, every 2:30 x 5 reps.


notes :
- goal is to try to go heavier than last week

7 burpees
14 situps
2 chest to bar + 3 pull ups
2 line seal walk
9/7 calorie row

notes :
- a,b,a format.
- rx+ - burpee to target, 5 unbroken chest to bar, 1 line handstand walk
- level 2 - step back burpee, 5 pullups (jumping if needed), bear crawl
