- push press comes from ground.
- list weight moved in weightlifting box listed.
- list situps performed in gymastics box listed.
- can build or stay same weight on push press complex.
- split jerk instead of push jerk = OK.
16 minute amrap of :
10 calorie row
25 double unders
- partner finishes does complete round then switches.
- designed to be sprint work. sets less than 1 minute. 1:1 singles for double unders if can't do row and du in less than minute. no 2 for 1
