- lat band stretch
Shoulder to Overhead - 3 min wu + 10 min emom x 5 reps. build.
- bar comes from ground
- build. but not past 70% of 1rm. working on cycling with solid technique.
Hang Power Clean - 7 minute emom. 3 reps. build.
- once again, working on cycling with good technique. don't build past 75%
for time :
50 handstand pushups
** every time you come off wall, a 3 line shuttle run
- rx+ - strict handstand pushups
- level 2 - dumbbell strict press @ 35/20 in each hand.
- level 3 - pike handstand pushup
