b) lunges (in place) x 8
c) pushups x 6

mobility :
a) shoulder smash with lax
b) tricep smash

 

Shoulder to Overhead - 5 minute warmup + 6 minute emom x 3 reps. build.

 

6 minute emom of :
handstand pushups x 1-9


notes :
- scaling = handstand pushup progression or 2:1 hand release pushups
- rx = 25 lb plates + ab mat

 

7 minute amrap of :
thrusters (95/65) x 7
double unders x 20


notes :
- rx+ = 115/85, unbroken double unders
- scale weight if needed.
- double scaling = athlete choice.
