20 minute clock :

1 minute stations  

a) bear crawl

b) jump rope (singles or double unders) 

c) no push up burpees 

d) farmers carry @ weight of choice

25 minute clock : 

"Bird Box"

12 cal Bike Erg Sprint

notes :

-depending on class size 1-2 teams/bike ergs
-bike erg monitor will be covered up
-objective is to land on exactly 12 cals
-for any cals +/- = reps of burpee box get overs
-rotating until clock expires
