partner a - completes round of cindy 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats


partner b- plate overhead static hold  45/25


40 minute clock

3-4 people on each rower. filter in as rower frees up.

3 tng clean and jerks

notes :
- keep repeating until failure is reached on clean and jerk.
- rx = start @ 95/65 lbs. add each round.
- level 2 = 65/45
- level 3 = 45.35
