- partner 2 must hang on rig while partner 1 is executing reps.

- level 2 = 1/2 of double under reps

- level 3 = 2:1 singles


skill work :

30 minute emom of :

5-10 burpee box jump overs (24/20)

2-10 pistols

1-5 muscle ups 

30 secs of double unders (or practice)

1-4 wall walks
