turkish getup movement review

+

7 minute clock :

2 rounds of :

bodyweight turkish getup x 2 each side

walking lunge - length of room

inch worm - half of room (1 push up 1 squat)

duck walk - half of room


mobility :

- partner calf smash


7 minute warmup
+ 20 minute emom of :
minute 1 - 10 tng deadlifts  @ 65-75%
minute 2 - 3 tough push press @ 65-75%
minute 3 - 12 box jump step downs 24/20
minute 4 - rest

notes :
- level 2 - stepups
- list weight used for deadlifts and push press.
- effort and weight should be pushing you to look forward to rest minute around the 2nd or 3 round.
