a) tng deadlifts x 5
b) double/single unders x 25-50


partner wod
15 minute amrap of :
a) lunges x 40
b) run 200 meters (100 x 2)
c) handstand pushups x 14


notes :
- hspu scaling = hand release pushups.
- one partner at a time on the run. 100 meter run relay race style.
