10 stiff leg deadlifts with empty barbell

10 shoulder to overhead with empty barbell

10 pvc overhead squats

5 no pushup burpees

20 second straight arm plank


- shoot for 3-4 rounds


for time :
21-15-9
handstand pushups
12-10-8
full snatch 135/95

notes :
- 14 minute time cap.
- level 2 - 115/85 lb barbell for snatch, kettlebell push press @ 35/26 lbs
- level 3 - weight of choice on barbell for snatch, hand release pushups
- 5 minute rest before next wod.

42-30-18
weighted ab mat sit ups 20/14
21-15-9
devil presses 35/20

notes :
- rx+ - 50/35 lb dumbbells
- level 2 - weight of choice on devil presses + ab mat situps
