a) 8/8 back rack lunges (95/65)
b) 8-15 strict toes to bar
c) 200 meter plate run (25/10)
d) 10-15 weighted supermans (25/10)
notes :
- score = lowest reps per exercise added together.
- rx+ = 135/95 back rack lunge.
- 16-30 hanging leg raises for toes to bar if needed.
- scale superman weight if needed.
- emom format. go down list then back up.
