** 75 double unders to buy in each round and to cash out at the end. Time will be when you finish 75 double unders after set of 9's.

- rx+: 25 Triple Unders
- level 2: 25 dubs db push press 35/20, banded dips
- level 3: 2:1 singles, db push press 20/10, bench dips
- 28 minute time cap.
