notes :
- rx+ = snatch @ 135/95
- 5 minute rest at conclusion. during rest, partner must accumulate 100 situps.
- both partners can move at the same time during the situps.
- at end of 5 minute rest 7 rounds for time begins.
- 2 tough pullups for muscle up scaling.
