notes:
- each sets starts with 500 meter row (250 x 2)
- scale double unders if needed.
- can run 400 (200 x 2) if prefered.

strength wod :
a) back squat - every 1:30, sets of : 3,2,1,1,1
b) fs x 3 + jerk x 1 - every 1:45 x 5 sets.
c) toes to bar x 50 total.
