5 minute warmup + every 2 minutes for 3 sets :
10 push jerks @ 135-185/95-115lbs 

level 2: 95-130/65-90lbs
level 3: 65-90/35-60lbs



For Time:
50 double unders
21 handstand pushups
30 medicine ball sit ups 20/14
50 double unders
15 handstand pushups
20 medicine ball sit ups 20/14
50 double unders
9 handstand pushups
10 medicine ball sit ups 20/14


- level 2: db push press 35/20
- level 3: 20/10, weight of choice
- 11 minute time cap
- rest 5 minutes then repeat
