Deadlift - 5 min wu clock + 8 min to build to heavy 3 rep set


for time :
3 rounds of :
3 line single arm kb walking lunge (53/35)
5/3 bar muscle ups

notes :
- rx+ - 70/53 lb kettlebell
- level 2 - 35/26 lb kettlebell + chest to bar pullup
- level 3 - kb @ weight of choice + jumping chest to bar pullup
- 5 minute rest before next wod.
