strength wod/retest :
"the other total"
find one rep max on :
a) clean
b) bench press
c) overhead squat

notes :
- go in order desired.
- 36 minutes to complete.

 

endurance wod/retest :
for time :
5k row or 5k run

notes :
- please do same as last time.
- tvcf "5k" = 12 inner loops
